Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Labels and tags must not be removed and must be returned in its original packaging.
To complete your return, please email our customer service team your receipt or proof of purchase along with reason for return. Our team will review your request.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items (including free gifts with purchase or items valued at $0 with a BOGO promotion) cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
You have 2 options for your refund:
1. Store Credit* - Receive 110% of the value of merchandise returned as store credit. Example: if you return $60.00 of items, we will place $66.00 as store credit into your account.
2. Refund Back to Your Card - A refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Special offers valued at $0 are non-returnable or exchangeable (i.e. free gifts valued at $0 with purchases or Buy X Get X Free).
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt of the shipment and prior to being worn. It is highly recommended that you follow the manufacturers washing instructions. Failure to do so may result in damage to the fabric. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
We will ship your product based on standard shipping terms with tracking numbers which will be provided upon shipment. You are responsible for all duties or import taxes should they be assessed on your product.
To return your product, you should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return label or other shipping instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
